SHIPPING
Your products will be shipped via MNG KARGO within 3 business days, free of charge to all cities across Turkey.
Please note, the cargo company does not work on public holidays.
RETURN
If you are unhappy with your purchase and want to return it for any reason, you can do so within 14 days.
How can I return my order?
You can send your return request to info@marquesajewellery.com with an e-mail stating your order number, product name and reason for return.
Return Policy
The products to be returned must be sent in their original Marquesa box with the security tags intact. In order for your cargo to reach us safely, we request that the cargo packaging be made as carefully as possible.
Return requests for products whose security tags have been removed, items that have been used or worn and cannot be resold and purchases 14 days past the invoice date will not be accepted.
Return submission
We kindly ask you to return the product through "MNG Kargo" with which we have a shipping agreement.
Shipping costs for returns are covered by the Buyer. For an item to be processed for return, the above conditions under Return Policy should be met.

Refund
The approval process for the return request is completed within 3 business days from the day we receive the products.
For payments made by credit card, a refund will be made to your card within 10 days after the return request is approved.
The reflection of the refund amount on your credit card may vary depending on your bank.
We would like to state that the refund of purchases made by credit card in installments will be made by your bank in installments, and Marquesa cannot intervene in this process.
EXCHANGE
If you want to change your order for any reasonwith another item, you can do so within 14 days.

Making the Exchange

ORDER CANCELLATION
What is an order cancellation?
You have decided to purchase one of our products and made your purchase.
However, you changed your mind and submitted your cancellation request before yourorder was shipped. This is an order cancellation.
How can I cancel my order?
You can send your order cancellation request byan email to info@marquesajewellery.com stating your order number and product name.
If the product you ordered has been shipped, it is no longer possible to cancel the order for the product. For shipped products, you can make a refund request.
Refund

FAQ
Can I change the product sent to me as a gift?
The person who purchased a gift for you can change the product with an e-mail to info@marquesa.jewellery.com.
What should Ido if the product I ordered is defective or damaged?
If the product you received is damaged or faulty, within14 days, you can return it or change it with the same product if it is in stock.
For exchange and return transactions. you can follow the steps outlined in the sections “How do I change my order?” and “How do I return my order?"
What should I do if there is a missing or different product in my order?
In case of an incomplete or a faulty shipment of the products you purchased, you can send the order number, together with the product codes of the missing or faulty products, to info@marquesajewellery.com by e-mail.
If the undelivered product is in stock, it will be sent to you immediately, otherwise the cost of item will be refunded. Returns will be accepted for faulty shipments. If the product you originally ordered is available in stock, it will be sent to you directly, otherwise you will be refunded for that purchase.
How long will it take to get a response to my return request?
The returned product is inspected by us within 2 working days the latest after we receive it.
When it is found to be in compliance with all the conditions, the return processing will start within 1 business day.
How do I return only one of the items in my order?
If you want to return only one product from your order, you can follow the steps described in the section "How do I return my order?"
